AcciDON’T are an innovative company, with a fresh approach to fleet driver training. We believe that a successful driver training programme will require more than ‘on-road’ training. Cultural, behavioural, and attitude development, all form part of a successful package.

Formed in 1999 AcciDON’T was born from the desire of Peter Williamson and Simon Johnston to operate a driver training company that delivers a bespoke solution to a client’s fleet risk. With almost 40 years in the fleet driver training industry between them, both offer a wide range of experience in account management, customer service, sales and training. AcciDON’T believe that every customer and driver have their own unique problems which an ‘off the shelf’ solution may not resolve.

Our solution is to tailor our training to the individual, whilst enhancing the customer’s company policy on Health and Safety in the car.

Peter and Simon are both members of the Association of Industrial Road Safety Officers (AIRSO). AcciDON'T only use highly qualified trainers selected from the Driving Standards Agencies register of Fleet Trainers. Our trainers are also selected for their interpersonal and communication skills. Oh yes! and an essential sense of humour. High on our list of priorities, is the need for your drivers’ to enjoy the training. An enjoyable experience is a memorable experience and more likely to be practised.

A successful fleet risk solution requires the structured and bespoke implementation of a fully developed and all encompassing driver risk management programme. This should be developed with and for our clients to achieve a cost effective solution in reducing driver costs and casualties.
